B&N Bank’s mobile banking application enters the top 3 according to the “Mobile Banking Rank 2017” survey

B&N Bank’s mobile application “B&N Bank online 2.0” has been recognised as one of the best on the market based on the results of the annual Mobile Banking Rank 2017 survey of mobile banking applications for retail customers, conducted by the Markswebb Rank & Report analytical agency.

“B&N Bank online 2.0” was awarded second place for all three mobile platform categories: Android, iOS and Windows Phone. The survey analysed the mobile banking offerings of 34 market participants with assessment based on the functionality, efficiency and user-friendliness of the interface.

Over the past year, B&N Bank has significantly expanded the capabilities of its mobile bank, including incorporating voice activated application management (on iOS), the ability to connect cards to the payment service via Apple Pay smartphone as well as to add cards of third-party banks.

In addition to the standard functions, via “B&N Bank online 2.0”, customers can order credit and debit cards, make loan applications, open savings accounts, replenish their cards from the cards of other banks, transfer funds to B&N Bank customers via a telephone number, analyse expenses and receive online consultation via online chat.
