The Online Bank for individual customers is available 24 hours a day.
Can I use the Online Bank from abroad?
The Online Bank is available for individuals 24 hours a day anywhere in the world from any computer connected to the Internet using any modern browser (Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari)
Will I receive a text message with my one-time password if I am abroad?
You certainly will if you have the roaming service from your mobile provider available.
Can I get a text message to a mobile number of a foreign provider?
No, this option is not available now.
Can I temporarily block access to the Online Bank?
You can temporarily block access to the Online Bank if you call the Information Center at 8 495 755-50-75 (Moscow) or at 8 800 200-50-75 (free for Russian regions), or visit the B&N Bank office where you joined the service.
What shall I do if I have forgotten my login for the Online Bank?

How can I change my password for the Online Bank?
You can change your password using any of the following:
In your personal profile
Step 1. Go to www.binbank.ru and click ONLINE BANK for private customers in the top menu or type in the address line https://online.binbank.ru.
Step 2. Enter your login and valid password.
Step 3. Enter the Settings from the main page of your profile.
Step 4. Choose an option “Change Password”.
Step 5. Enter data in the corresponding fields and click “Change”. Your password is now changed.

What accounts/banking products are available to me from the Online Bank?
In B&N Bank Online you can view the balance for all your accounts, loans and cards.
Can I get a statement from a closed account?
No, this option is not available at the moment. To do this you need to contact a B&N Bank branch where you joined the service.
Can I view the history of my operations?
Yes, you can. Complete history of your operations, from the first day of using the Online Bank, is available in My Operations, the Operations History section.
Can I make transfers to pay taxes or make other payments to the budget of the Russian Federation?
Yes, you can. With the help of B&N Bank Online you can pay taxes, duties and STSI fines, as well as other payments to the Russian Federation budget.
Where can I view details of my accounts?
In order to view details of your accounts you need to open Cards and Accounts section and click the account number you need. You can send account details to any e-mail address.
