How to join and start using the service?
Step 1 (If you are not a customer of our Bank): get a bank card, open a deposit, an account or a loan.
Step 2 Fill in a simple application form at the Bank’s office to get access to B&N Bank Online.
Step 3 Get an text message with a password to your phone number.
Step 4 Go to www.binbank.ruand click«ONLINE BANK for private customers» in the top menu.

Security
  • When you enter your personal information, please remember that a web address (URL) in the address line should start with "https". "S" stands for "secure". If there is no "https" in the address line, it means that you have opened an unprotected website and you must not enter any data there.
  • Remember that you need to enter only your login and password on the Online bank page to log in to the Online Bank. You do not have to enter your cell phone number, your card number or a CVV2/CVC2-code for additional verification of personal information in the Online Bank!
  • Never share with anyone your login or confirmation passwords, card numbers or CVV2/CVC2 codes.
  • Use a virtual keyboard to enter your password.
  • If you have lost your cell phone with the text messages containing your password, immediately block your SIM-card.
  • Be careful: in case of suspected fraud the incident must be reported to the Bank as soon as possible in order to block the access!
  • • Install mobile application Faktura.ru only from the authorized App Store and Google Play. Before installing the software, make sure that it is developed by the Center of Financial Technologies.

1 Transfers are made only from cards issued by banks within the territory of the Russian Federation. A receiver card can be any VISA/Master Card issued by banks in the territory of the Russian Federation or CIS except for unidentified repaid cards. P2P transfer for VISA Business and Master Card Business cards are not available.

2 The fee is charged in rubles at the Bank’s rate as of the transfer date. In case of transfer from the Customer’s card, a fee is charged for the transfer so that the amount written off equals the amount of transfer plus the fee. The fee is charged from the sender’s card.

3 CIS countries include: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Moldavia, Tajikistan, Turkmenia, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.

4 Visa card transfers are available to all CIS countries; MC cards transfers to Tajikistan, Kirgizia and Turkmenistan are NOT available. Transfer in a currency different from the card account currency is made at the Bank rate as of the transfer date.

5 Transfer limitations are valid for all cards issued by B&N Bank (Joint-Stock Company), as well as by other banks.

Will I receive a text message with my one-time password if I am abroad?
You certainly will if you have the roaming service from your mobile provider available.

No, this option is not available now.

You can temporarily block access to the Online Bank if you call the Information Center at 8 495 755-50-75 (Moscow) or at 8 800 200-50-75 (free for Russian regions), or visit the B&N Bank office where you joined the service.
What shall I do if I have forgotten my login for the Online Bank?
You can get your Online Bank login by calling the B&N Bank Information Center at8 495 755-50-75 (Moscow) or at 8 800 200-50-75 (free for Russian regions).
How can I change my password for the Online Bank?
You can change your password using any of the following:

In your personal profile

Step 1. Go to www.binbank.ru and click ONLINE BANK for private customers in the top menu or type in the address line https://online.binbank.ru.
Step 2. Enter your login and valid password.
Step 3. Enter the Settings from the main page of your profile.
Step 4. Choose an option “Change Password”.
Step 5. Enter data in the corresponding fields and click “Change”. Your password is now changed.

Or you may contact the B&N Bank Information Center at8 495 755-50-75 (Moscow) or at 8 800 200-50-75 (free for Russian regions).

What accounts/banking products are available to me from the Online Bank?
In B&N Bank Online you can view the balance for all your accounts, loans and cards.
Can I get a statement from a closed account?
No, this option is not available at the moment. To do this you need to contact a B&N Bank branch where you joined the service.
Can I view the history of my operations?
Yes, you can. Complete history of your operations, from the first day of using the Online Bank, is available in My Operations, the Operations History section.
Can I make transfers to pay taxes or make other payments to the budget of the Russian Federation?
Yes, you can. With the help of B&N Bank Online you can pay taxes, duties and STSI fines, as well as other payments to the Russian Federation budget.
Where can I view details of my accounts?
In order to view details of your accounts you need to open Cards and Accounts section and click the account number you need. You can send account details to any e-mail address.
